Is it safe to pay online?

Yes. We make use of PayFast, South Africa's No.1 online payment gateway. PayFast provides safe and secure online payment through a variety of payment methods, including credit card, Instant EFT, Masterpass and debit card. The Early Learning Toolbox does not have access to your banking details.


Do you accept normal EFT payments?

Yes, we do. There are two payment options at checkout. To pay via EFT, please select the EFT (Direct Bank Payment) method. Once payment is received, your order will be marked as complete and your downloads will be available to download from your account on our website. Please forward your proof of payment to info@earlylearningtoolbox.co.za or 064 538 5367.

How will I get the download links?

Once your purchase is complete, an automated email with the links will be sent to you. Also, check your spam/junk/promotions folders. When you are logged in, you will also find your downloads under the "downloads tab".

Please check your spam/junk/promotions folders. Login to your account using your email address and the password you created at checkout. You will find your downloads under the "downloads tab".


Why are my download links not working?

Please click on the buttons listed in the "Downloads" column as the links in the "Product" column will take you back to the store. Downloads will not work if they have expired (within 30 days of purchase) or if you have reached your download limit (5 downloads per item). Please send an email to info@earlylearningtoolbox.co.za for assistance.


My download links worked before, but don't anymore.

I cannot log into my account.

Please reset your password: Go to the My Account page, click on “Lost your password?” insert your email address and reset. You will need to use the email address you registered with for the password reset to be successful. For assistance, please email us at info@earlylearningtoolbox.co.za


When will I receive my purchases by post?

All our products are digital and in PDF format for you to download and print at home. No hard copies will be sent by post.
