All products are strictly available digitally in PDF format to print at home. No hard copies will be posted.

Downloads will be available after the transaction is complete. When you log in, you will find your downloads under the "Downloads" tab in your account. An automated confirmation e-mail will be sent once your purchase/payment is complete – please check your spam/junk folder.

Please note your downloads will expire after 30 days. Please be sure to download the documents in time. The download limit is set to 5 times per item. It is best to download using a desktop rather than a cellphone.

Please ensure that you have the correct items in your shopping basket i.e product, language, total items etc. Because these are digital products, they cannot be exchanged or refunded.
